Skool Digital Academy sells digital services under the GPTMaya brand. This policy explains how your purchase is delivered, what to do if you do not receive access, and how returns are handled. Please read it together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Digital services: nothing is shipped
Everything we sell is digital: app access through the All-Access subscription, live and online workshops, and one-to-one coaching. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is no shipping address, courier or shipping fee for your order.
2. How and when you receive your purchase
Access is delivered electronically:
- All-Access: our team sets up your access to the apps after your payment is confirmed and emails you the details within 24 hours of confirmed payment, usually much sooner.
- Workshops and coaching: we email you the joining details and the date and time of each session once the arrangement is agreed.
3. Make sure you can receive it
Please enter your email address correctly and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our message. Adding our email address to your contacts helps make sure our messages are not filtered.
4. Did not receive access?
If you have not received access within 24 hours of confirmed payment, contact us by email at cendikaone@gmail.com or by WhatsApp or telephone on +60 12-265 5934. We will re-send or re-grant your access promptly. We may ask for your payment reference so that we can find your order.
5. Returns and exchanges
Because our services are digital and delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged in the way physical goods can. If you are unhappy with a purchase, your eligibility for a refund is governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Faulty, corrupted or inaccessible services
If a service is defective or you cannot access it, we will first repair it, replace it or re-grant access at no cost to you. If we cannot make it work, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
7. Physical goods
We do not currently sell or ship any physical goods. If we introduce physical items in future, we will publish the destinations, timeframes, costs and return instructions on this page before any such sale.
8. Access from outside Malaysia
Our services are designed for customers in Malaysia. They can be accessed from other countries, subject to your local laws and to whether the third-party tools involved are available in your region.
